OLD BUSINESS
1. Potential new Board Members: Mike updated the board about who is interested.
2. Homecoming Recap:
● Street painting was quick and easy. Only about an hour of hands-on work. Took about 5 gallons of primer and still have another 5 gallons left over that will be good for next year. We will need to bring it to ACE to be shaken and then diluted before we use it next year.
● Selling spirit item: it is worth sitting at HS and MS if a board member is available. We do need to have an announcement in advance to the students that we will be there. $1300 worth sold to the Elementary this year.
3. Volunteer of the year award was given out at last Friday’s football game to Brendyn Richards. We should continue this trend. Kayla will make a Facebook post.
4. Hall of Fame Banquet: Thanks Kim for stepping up and being available to attend and hand out awards.
5. BABC Basketball Tourney - January 2 subcommittee recap from Andrew and Kim:
● Will need to purchase hot dogs. Candy and drinks bought through the school. Remind Reinalda to order more stock.
● Need to put out a sign up genius for volunteers/parents to donate baked goods. Need to let the kids know volunteering is part of the rubric for scholarship.
● Do we want Jolly Time popcorn again? Yes, Kim will take care of this.
● We will do breakfast pizza though Casey’s and the rest through Bertz Sports Bar. Bertz pizza’s will be Pepperoni’s and Cheese’s. They will be pre-made and we will make them as needed. Will have
the option for people to order a whole pizza. Cross check last year’s pizza orders to get a rough estimate on what we need. (43 total last year).
● Trophy count. Need to check if we need to order more.
● Currently have 3 divisions close to filling.
● Entry fee went up from $140/team last year to $180/team this year.
● Admission: $10 adults, $5 seniors, all/school-age kids free
● 1 certified ref (Nick will check around for what to pay per game) and 1 student volunteer ref per game.
● Rules will be modified slightly this year (Jan 2027 tourney)
● Website has been updated with tourney and board contact info.
● Janitors on standby will be mandatory by the school.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Frostbite Four - February 13, 2027:
○ We will need volunteers for this day to help with the event. Mike will speak with Troy Boone and Dawn Seeley to see how we can support them.

3. New Board Member Vote: NATALIE BOARD made a motion to nominate Adam Nelson as our 15th board member, seconded by AJ SCHABLE. No further discussion. Motion carried.
