Secretary Report – Mary Hansen: corrections made to September Secretary report minutes. Jeff made a motion to approve, Mike second. No further discussion, motion carried.

  • Budget: Jill reviewed 2022-2023 Draft Budget
  • Rozy bill request: Jared Olson, Business Manager is asking Booster Club to pay a flat fee of $8,000.00 to square up In-season spring 2022 and summer 2022 Rozy. Mary Heiberger made a motion to approve bill request, Dawn second. No further discussion, motion carried.

  • Membership Committee: Brendyn, Jill, John, Joe, Butch
    • Membership/Sponsorship updates, current totals
      1. Individual total: $18,275
      2. Corporate total: $9,400
    • LiveTicket follow-up: discuss getting logo and link to Booster Club website added to LiveTicket
    • Website – handoff with administrator and plan going forward: Jill to talk with Brendyn about preparing for administrator handoff and anything we need to be aware of with transition.
    • Ideas to improve membership services – Jeff Buum discussed possible ways to make purchasing online memberships less confusing. He is going to see if wife Carrie would be willing to help with membership website with further discussion at November meeting.    

 

  • Public Relations/Outreach: Mary Heiberger, Mike Lounsbery: No update

  • Fundraising Events: Mary Hansen, Dawn Seeley, Tim Lawrence, Brendyn Richards
    • Youth Basketball Tournament updates: Get additional information at November meeting when Brendyn is present
      1. Boys Tournament 3rd-8th grade, January 14th, 2023
      2. Girls Tournament 3rd-8th grade and Boys 7-8th grade, February 25th, 2023

    • Homecoming - take-aways
    • FB4 update – Dawn Seeley: Increasing registration fees due to increased overall cost. Early bird registration will open in October. Race date set for February 11th, 2023

  • Hospitality Room for Double header basketball and home wrestling matches
