November 2025 Monthly Minutes

Secretary Report: Megan Joseph. Stephen made a motion to approve, seconded by John. No further discussion. Motion carried.
Treasurer Report: No report available due to transferring from John to Kayla. John input the information in manually and Kayla did not have access to get.
· Bills Paid: Motion made to approve bills paid by Butch, seconded by Kim. No further discussion. Motion carried.
o $82.71 to John for Quicken.
o $1226 to Tim and Gina for apparel stipend
o $270.81 for Eyeblack
o $644.98 to Jeff for Homecoming Flag and candy
o $2131.31 credit card bill
Old Business
· Kim Markl sign completed and operational
o Kayla will send remaining amount due on invoice of $3498.45
o $443.67 will be paid to Todd’s Electric for installation
o Michael will coordinate a “dedication” night
· Investments-
o Nick talked to Amy Swier at Ameriprise for recommendations for investing money.
o Michael talked to First Dakota about CDs.
o Motion to deposit $30,000 into a 7 month cd at 3.75%. Made by Nick, seconded by Andrew. No further discussion. Motion carried.
o Will reevaluate account balances after 7 months. May reinvest into another CD at that time.
· Basketball tournament updates:
o 15 registered teams-5th, 6th and 7th grade mostly.
o Deadline to register is December 24th.
o Conflict with Lennox tournament
o Need to follow up with Brendyn on the signup genius so we can get it out to all coaches for kids to sign up. Have available by next meeting.
o Set up time after basketball game on Jan 2nd
· Apparel store closed Oct 21. Delivery date was set for Nov. 5 to Megans salon.
· Frostbite 4 update:
o Registration is open
o Promote on booster club FB page and website
o BABC buys food-Could create sign that states “Food sponsored by BABC”
o They are also looking for live music
· Kim has been approached by several parents regarding the Rozy program. It is not a BABC decision. Parents need to bring these concerns to the Owen Reinalda, Athletic Director.
