Current Board Members: Dr, Joe Bak, Tricia Bak, John Christensen, Butch Farley, Mary Hansen, Mary Heiberger, Scott Klungseth, Tim Lawrence, Mike Lounsbery, Jill Mockler, Adam Nelson, Brendyn Richards, Dawn Seeley, Randy Quartier, Mark Van Otterloo

Absent: Randy, Scott, Dawn, John, Joe

Guests: Mr. Gross

Secretary Report – Mary H.: no updates. Tim made motion to approve and Mark seconds. No further discussion. Motion carried

Treasurer Report – John-no update

  • Public Relations/Outreach: Mary Heiberger, Mike Lounsbery: No update
  • Fundraising Events: Mary Hansen, Dawn Seeley, Tim Lawrence, Brendyn Richards: No update
  • School Enrichment: Mary Hansen, Adam, Scott, Dawn, Tricia, Randy: Presented approved Coaches requests: $32,975.00 to Booster board members. Tim made motion to approve and Mike seconds. No further discussion. Motion carried. 

New Business

  1. Coaches Requests – subcommittee recommendations
  2. Geoff Gross – School items? Dr. Dish Shooting Gun has been delivered to the school
  3. Athletic Recognition Night – finishing touches 
  • Double check itinerary and presenter notes
  • Decorate Gym
  • Board picture at Athletic Banquet

Other Business

  • 2021-2022 Athletic passes to be paid to the School at June meeting
