Current Board Members: Kristi Adams, Carrie Buum, Jeff Buum, John Christensen, Kim Erickson, Tim “Butch” Farley, Megan Joseph, Krissy Kjose (absent), Scott Klungseth, Jill Mockler, Adam Nelson, Brendyn Richards, Kayla Schurch, Michael Schurch and Ashley Sharpe(absent).

Guests: Nick Halvorson, John Ganschow, Stephanie Voss, Lori Dressen, Owen Reinalda, Natalie Board, Andrew Jorgensen

6-6:05-Secretary Report: Megan Joseph. Scott made a motion to approve, seconded by Carrie . No further discussion. Motion carried.

6:05-6:25-Treasurer Report: John Christensen.  Megan made a motion to approve, seconded by Michael . No further discussion, Motion carried.

  • Girls Tournament profit as of now is $3,105.64


Current Balance total: $83,311.26

Checking Balance: $22,344.25

Savings Balance: $50,888.03 (Markl Fund $10,078.98)

6:15-6:45 Coach’s Requests

  • Boys Bball, Girls Bball, Softball, Cheer will bring requests next meeting.

  • Football-no requests a this time

  • Golf-Coach Muller has no requests at this time

  • Track and Field-no requests at this time, in the future they may be asking for jackets.

  • Stephanie Voss for Cross Country-wanting to do a similar camp as last year approximately $2500 for 27 kids last year.

  • Lori Dressen for volleyball- requesting $3800 for team camps

  • Michael Schurch for wrestling-requesting $2000 for Wortburg College 4 day camp 


6:45-7:15 New Buisness

  • Athletic Banquet Thursday May 8th-Spring activity sub committee

    • Need to switch the date to possibly Sunday May 4th with a backup date of April 27th

    • Bridges-Michael will check to make sure available for May 4

    • Scholarships-Students have until March 31st to submit

    • Meal-Scott will reach out to Maria’s about catering

    • Duration-no coach videos or speeches this year

    • Awards-double check and make sure all lists of athletes are complete 

    • Program-Pictures-Wrestling-Butch/Michael, Football-Kristi, Ashley-Volleyball, GBB, BBB, Cross Country, Track/Field, Softball, Golf-Kim

    • Carrie will ask Ashley about printing pictures out for the banquet

    • Jeff will ask Dawn about getting blankets ordered

    • Top Dawg Award-Jill will get the awards ordered for athletes and Volunteer of Year

    • Decorations-Kayla and Megan will update décor

    • Volunteer of the Year award

    • Senior needed for the prayer (Cooper or Espyn)

    • DawgBone Entertainment acknowledgment

7:15-7:30 Miscellaneous

  • Scholarship requirements

  • Markl fund-Joe has asked what we intend to do with the donation since its been a year

    • Do some improvements on the area used for announcing/DawgBone 

  • 2025-2026 Booster Club Board

    • 5 new board members are needed for next year

    • Set appropriate expectations-agreements
