Presented by Kayla Schurch. JOHN GANSCHOW made a motion to approve, seconded by STEPHEN SIMS. No further discussion. Motion carried.

OLD BUSINESS
1. Volunteer of the Year Award. Mike will check if 2026 nominee is available for the August meeting.
2. Beresford School District laptop donation for BABC use. Thank you!!
3. Early clothing store. First store closed with 12 orders, second store is currently open. All currently direct ship to customer.
4. Coaches requests: Outline what each money request is for, board expectations as to what funds are used for. Do we need to create a written funding/spending policy? Kim researched and created a draft policy. Discussion followed. Google doc will be sent to all board members to review and make suggestions.
5. BSN clothing store/ordering flags: minimum fag order is 25. Suggestion is not to put on store but BABC buys bulk and sells individually. Motion by BUTCH FARLEY to purchase 25 @ $34/unit sell for $45/unit, seconded by JOHN GANSCHOW. No further discussion. Motion carried.
6. Investing in CD’s vs savings: discussed waiting again until September after coaches request paid out and new memberships being paid in.
OTHER BUSINESS
1. Board member expectations: we need regular attendance from all board members. Each board member needs to attend at least 9 meetings per year.
NEW BUSINESS
1. Vote on new members. JOHN GANSCHOWS motioned to approve AJ & Casie chable as new board members, seconded by KIM ERICKSON. No further discussion. Motion carried.
2. Changes to corporate memberships, discussion followed on how to improve sponsorship/membership levels. Motion to make changes to corporate sponsorships to the following:
○ EXCLUSIVE $1,500:
★ 60 home game day passes or 3 athletic passes
★ 3 popcorn passes
★ Athletic banquet commemorative program
★ Watchdog Booster yard sign
★ Sponsorship window cling
★ Business logo listed on Booster Club Website

3. Sports Calendars (Alpha Graphics): How many to order? 400, Check Bound & get dates. Mike will send to Keith at Alpha Graphics, Kim will pick up when done. Motion by KIM ERICKSON, second by MEGAN BUUM. No further discussion. Motion carried.
4. Corporate membership drive to start in August. Mike and Butch will spearhead this.
5. Check yard signs and membership swag in stock. Not many in stock but Mike will check # we have for sure. Kayla will check where ordered from.
6. August membership drive:
○ Athletic kick off meeting August 4 at 7:00 pm.
○ Football home opener August 21.
○ Home volleyball September 1.
○ We will need 3-5 members to set up at each to sell memberships.
7. Homecoming: September 18.
○ Big American flag and fly over? Dog head if weather cooperates? Is this all something the board wants to continue? Need to let Owen know by August. Kim will do some checking on this.
○ Homecoming parade: volunteers for the parade needed, good on trinkets? YES!
○ Street painting: Sunday afternoon/evening before homecoming. Mike will talk to Jeff at ACE about donating paint again and also to Megan Joseph about getting stencils.
○ Kayla will talk to Mikayla at Dakota Fizz about doing cups again.
8. Cross Country opener: August 27 @ 10:00 am. Mike will be available, need 1 or 2 more volunteers to sell shirts. Dawn Seeley has the tshirts ordered. Cindy Erlandson ordered lanterns and will have engraved.
9. Sub-Committees:
○ Fall: Mike, Butch, Kayla
○ BABC basketball tourney (first Saturday in January): John, Nick, Kim, Andrew, Natalie, AJ
○ Winter (Frostbite 4): Megan, Amanda, Kristi, Stephen, Casie
○ Athletic banquet/awards night: Kayla, Kim, Mike(?)
10. Need one more board member. Suggestions given.
