Current Board Members: Carrie Buum, Jeff Buum, John Christensen, Tim “Butch” Farley, Megan Joseph, Scott Klungseth(absent), Jill Mockler, Adam Nelson (absent), Erik Nyhaug (absent), Brendyn Richards(absent) Dawn Seeley(absent), Michael Schurch and Ashley Sharpe(absent).

Secretary Report: Megan Joseph. Michael made a motion as per Band app to approve, seconded by Butch . No further discussion. Motion carried.
Treasurer Report: John Christensen Michael made a motion to approve as per the Band App, seconded by Butch. No further discussion. Motion carried.

Old/Other Business
Headstart on August Membership Drive, Sports Calendars, Member apparel shop, Homecoming trinkets, American Flag, Tailgate Ideas
Need to work on getting Booster Members more involved with help on fundraising events.
Inflatable Dog Head needs something done to keep it secured to ground. When it was patched last time, the areas we used to tie down were sewn shut.
Need to go set it up to look at potential ways of how to secure it to the ground.
Per Band App: Dawn is moving forward with the cross-country opener getting shirts and lanterns.
Please let her know if anything else to consider.
She will send out Sign-Up sheet like last year.
Cheer is asking for $2500 to reimburse for one camp they’ve already attended, and two more they are attending yet this summer.

As per the Band App: Motion to approve June Minutes, Treasures Report, as well as $2500 for the Cheer Coach Requests. Motion made by Michael, seconded by Butch. No further discussion. Motion carried.
New Business
Sub-Committee selection-Open Floor discussion, 4-6 “go to” people on each event (basketball tournament, homecoming, Frostbite 4, Athletic Banquet, etc.), these people bring info back to the Board at next meeting.
Fall sub- committee: Butch, Megan, Jill, Michael, Adam
Jill will reach out to Tricia about getting homecoming Spirit Items (whether she wants to continue to do it, or if she is wanting to hand it off to us).
Basketball Tourney Sub-committee: Jeff, Brendyn, John
Winter: Carrie, Scott, Ashley,
Athletic Banquet: Scott, Megan
Corporate memberships-create a template and a packet to give to each business to explain prices and breakdown of what is all included. (Michael is comfortable going around and handing these packets out to businesses).
Need to address this and get these out to get sponsors before sports seasons start so that they are included in Live Ticket, etc.
Include Names and numbers of Board Members for them to reach out to if they have questions or concerns about anything throughout the school year.
Create a packet/sheet of breakdown for each membership, so all members know what to expect.
Butch brought up that Doug at First Dakota had expressed interest in sponsoring the tri-fold calendars.
Check with Alpha Graphics (they did them last year and already have the template) and get them ordered asap so we have them at first home games.

Carrie mentioned working on a Google Doc for potential new members to fill out to apply to be on Board.
