Secretary Report: Megan Joseph. Butch made a motion approve, seconded by Megan Buum . No further discussion. Motion carried.

Old Business

o Numbers above and beyond last year. 285 runners registered as of right now.
o Jared confirms enough food for this number of runners.
§ Michael will talk with Jill in the a.m. about thawing soup in cooler/fridge
o Members utilize sign up genius as volunteer spots are still needed
o All hands on deck for Friday night set up roughly 7:15
§ Michael will check with wrestlers as they should be available to help.
o Food preparation
§ Michael spoke with Ben and informed him we would need in the clubhouse by 9 a.m. to start warming up food
§ Need crackers, lettuce, salad dressing, jalapenos, small plates, napkins, plastic liners for roasters.
New Business
· Coaches requests
o Scott (track and field): Requesting $5,450.11 for 90 Nike warm up jackets for Track and Field only. Jeff made a motion to approve the full amount of $5450.11 for warm up jackets, seconded by Kayla. No further discussion. Motion carried.
§ These will have numbers embroidered on them, ‘Unleash the Pride’ ironed on the sleeve, and checked in/out at beginning/end of season. This is included in the total price.
§ Track and Field has only requested items twice in 16 years.
o Ashley/Stephanie (cross country): Requesting $1400 (team camp lodging), $750 (team camp food), $250-500 (team camp guest speaker-price depends on who is available), $500 (team feather banner). This is the cost for approximately 30 runners. Totals equaling $2650 for team camp, $500 for banner ($3150 total). Jeff made a motion to approve the full amount of $3150 for the camp and banner, seconded by Carrie. No further discussion. Motion carried.
· BABC Scholarship application change.
o Michael will re-word to say “up to 4 scholarships handed out”.
o Will push out to the school on Thursday a.m.. Due back by April 2nd.
· Flex next meeting to March 11. HOF subcommittee meeting March 4th.
· Coaches Requests info
o Michael worked with Owen to tweak the google doc. Which will be sent out to the coaches shortly.
o Owen was informed that coaches will be mandated to be present at our meeting to request funds.
o Coaches requests meetings will be in March and April.
