Secretary Report: Megan Joseph. Nick made a motion to approve, seconded by Megan B. No further discussion. Motion carried.
Treasurer Report: Kayla Schurch. Butch made a motion to approve, seconded by Kim. No further discussion. Motion carried.

Old Business
· Owen: Creating google doc for coaches to submit requests to Booster Club.
· Coach Short travel gear request $5508.00-larger than amount requested before due to increase in numbers ($3360 was the original amount-but ordered an extra 12 sets).
o Approve the amount of $1500 for boys basketball request, $1500 for girls basketball request. Motion made by Jeff, seconded by Butch. No further discussion. Motion approved.
· Coach Bloch travel gear request for $1500 (the team will pay for them if not approved since they already ordered them)
· Booster basketball tournament update.
o 2 home games this same week, so we need to get pop order to Owen the week prior to (Jeff will ask Jared- he should have the square report as to how much we have sold in the past)
o Teams registered-27 teams registered/paid as of right now
o 5 Tool requesting to register some rec teams- Sub committee will talk about this.
o Refs -High School bball players volunteer for this?
o Food
· Investment paid by Kayla on Nov 12th for $30,000 @ 3.75%
· Apparel Store delivery November 5th-didn’t actually deliver until after November 24th
· Frostbite 4: Continue to promote and support
New Business
· Settle payment with BHS for $23,991.00 (these are all requests that were approved by the board over the past year)
o Moving forward we would like to have this bill from the school by August
o Discussed having coaches bring bill to Owen, and have paid immediately using the credit card to avoid having to write a large check to the school at end of year.
· Apparel Store change- need to look into new place before next years orders
· Tri-fold calendar replacement idea-talk about at next meeting
Other Business
· Meeting switch before BB tournament Dec 31 or January 7?
· Rozy in season. Do we subsidize this?
